Well, I have decided to sell with 300% profit, rent a bigger home in a better neighborhood for 3-4 years and watch things unfold.If all goes as hoped I will buy in 20-30 cheaper. I appreciate all the info here. Still have 2 properties in arizona that are sreaming as a back up.
