it doesnt really matter when or if it took place...the company is not going to release them working on a season 3 to a random person calling them. It would be not beneficial for them to do so, they will wait until a U.S. deal or some other news before releasing their intentions. Im also sure there is a reason for not having past episode 8 on schedule, we will just have to see whats going on in a week or so.
