Federal Income taxes for Hiko Energy have been mailed to the IRS for the years 2007-2010. This incorporated three years of filings that old management didn't file ('07-'09). This step is in preparation for SEC filings. Further news, Hiko Energy Corp. received trademark rights from the US Patent and Trademark Office to the name "Hiko Bell Mining and Oil Company", in order to protect the corporation's intellectual property rights, which have been infringed by old management's continued use of the name.
