This was expected. They have been filing the 10K late as usual. It would be due today (maybe tomorrow because of leaf year). But, just like last year, it was late. That is why I gave them the additional 2-3 weeks - (15 days for the extension).

As for being late... lots of companies do not file on time. Therefore, I am not worried. They are not going to show any impressive results anyway.
