This is a nice report but it must have been issued sometime at the beginning of last year. The buyout is probably legit and most are just skeptical of these Chinese companies which is why we were no where near the price target of $3.00 +/- yesterday.. I picked up some shares and will be waiting on the sideline for more details.. The time it takes for these companies to privatize can be quite lengthy but one of the first things to happen is the company's common shares comming off the market. Should be a nice sideways day today, many awaiting the verdict.
