GP Strategies Corporation (GP Strategies), incorporated in 1959, provider of customized training solutions focused on performance improvement initiatives for its clients. It also provide consulting, engineering and technical services. The Company’s business consists of its training, engineering, technical services and consulting business operated by its subsidiary, General Physics Corporation (GP) .The Company operates in four segments: Manufacturing & BPO, Process & Government, Energy, and Sandy Training & Marketing (Sandy). In February 2011, GP acquired Communication Consulting Limited. Effective December 1, 2010, General Physics, through its wholly owned subsidiary, General Physics (UK) Ltd. (GPUK), acquired Academy of Training Ltd. (AoT). Effective November 1, 2010, GP, through its wholly owned subsidiary, GPUK, acquired Bath Consulting Group (Bath Consulting). Effective April 1, 2010, GP, through its wholly owned subsidiary, GPUK, acquired Marton House Plc (Marton House).
