ExlService Holdings, Inc. is a provider of outsourcing and transformation services. The Company’s outsourcing services provide front-, middle- and back-office process outsourcing services for its primarily United States-based and United Kingdom-based clients. Outsourcing services involve the transfer to the Company of select business operations of a client, such as claims processing, finance and accounting and customer service, after which it administers and manages the operations for its client on an ongoing basis. ExlService Holdings, Inc. also offers a number of transformation service offerings that include decision analytics, risk and financial management, and operations and process excellence. The Company operates in two segments: outsourcing services and transformation services. In June 2011, the Company acquired Outsource Partners International (OPI). In October 2011, the Company acquired Trumbull Services, LLC.
