The RSU will vest in equal quarterly installments commencing on May 7, 2012 such that 100% of the shares subject to the RSU will be fully vested on February 7, 2013. Each of these RSUs contains change of control provisions such that all unvested shares vest immediately upon the closing of a change of control transaction.
