I'm sure your ex would have nothing but great things to say about you ;D
I believe it was 15,000 euros but don't know if that was just the initial payment or total payment. If someone called them of course they are going to deny it, they can't give out information before the official promo begins. Anyone calling them asking for that info is only going to get a person probably not in the know anyway. Cheers
