Jon Ginder told me that it was his idea to push Dexter to go public. Dexter didn't particularly want to. Unfortunately, both didn't know enough about how the market worked for smallcaps and both thought they could get away with their own game playing. The results like anything else is that you reap what you sow. Both their companies are worth zilch and many shareholders who trusted them were hurt badly. The constant game playing by both also undermined their Christian testimonies.

I wouldn't blame any poster except for being naive. Christians are supposed to lead by example. Unfortunately, Jon and Dexter lead by the wrong example....all imo.
