I really struggle to understand why people question what you have to say.
The most important, most closely related fact you've ever argued in terms of this investment has been 100.000000000% right. To be honest, I don't care the slightest bit who or what, or whether who or what you suggest perpetuated this fraud is, or if it is who you said it is.
I care that my investment dwindled to nothing. I don't understand why anyone cares about anything else, if they're not going to seek retribution against this or that party, the party(ies) involved are irrelevant! And it seems pretty clear there is little to no retribution to be had, despite the efforts of those most interested.
Why argue a moot point....
