Just sell TDAmeritrade outright, cash out and open a new account w/Etrade. TDAmeritrade "sell only" so just sell it and buy ATTD in a new account with Etrade and worry no more.

Besides the green today shows possibly most TDAmeritrade holders have sold already.

CONFIRMED: per Etrade ... "No problem trading ATTD."
