Not dead, just morbid. Does the company have enough working capital to survive beyond 2012? Where the only known source of revenue is the 9B of uncommitted authorized stock, which requires uplisting to sell. No uplisting possible until the Bart gang is cleared by the SEC. It's a race of time to uplist vs bankruptcy.
