Larrucea, you know it's been alledged that your company ( DTRO ) was placed on the ( chill list ). But yet to date you don't have the decency nor morals even to inform the shareholders what your opinion of it is nor why.

Larrucea, you also haven't paid the annual filing fees, I like many other shareholders would like to know why ?

Also why did you have Crimi tell shareholders the UN-ANNOUNCED r/s was to clean up the share price ? Since r/s other than the P/D was,the share price decreased by 90 % ?

WE NEED AND DESERVE AN EXPLANATION.

JMPO
