Hey Red,

We're just going to go by what Nascar does with the halfway leader right?

Cause technically, they can race 99 laps, have the rain start, run a lap under caution, red flag the race, and give the victory to the leader. Would there be a halfway leader in that case because they wouldn't ever get to the fifth consecutive green flag lap following the caution....

So if we just do whatever Nascar does there can't be any arguments....or maybe there can???? ;)
