After their last Reverse Split, PVSP stock price fell from $0.70 to $0.06 within 3 weeks.
Although the underlying value of the stock is unchanged by the RS, most Reverse Splits are followed by a sell-off in practice.

Furthermore, Reverse Splits are absolutely useless for Pink Sheets stocks to enter the NASDAQ big board, because they will have no effect on the Capitalization requirements of the NASDAQ, which they are unlikely to meet anyways.
