please tell us why you think 68 million shares controls the company.....
when....in fact......
98% of the shares from the shell were purchased by one person and the brewery reversed into the shell....and, there are about 125-130 million O/s last time I looked....
whatever shares you see trade represent 2% of the company....
on a practical level....the stock is "worthless".....
worthless insofar as one person owns it all....
the reason there are a few shares to trade is that michael anthony, who "cleaned up" the shell did not want to settle with the original shareholders after the death of the owner of the sprinkler company.....so, he simply reversed us out with a large R/S....
as a public company this was EVDS....but, myself and some others even predate that.....we were here when it was "private".....with about 10 shareholders
