He "was" the greatest of all time. Today he told CNBC that we had a good economy except for housing. No shot Sherlock, the local governments and the energy companies are making it impossible to own a home for except a very few. It becomes a catastrophe when the owner actually has to replace an appliance or do a home repair. The average American is tapped out with no hope in sight. Most people have their entire stored wealth in their home living check to check. Without housing prices rising the entire ponzi scheme is a house of cards. Where would this country be without Apple right now. Most of the innovation evolves around their platform.

Thankfully the North had a mild winter or the situation would have been dire.

The national debt is out of control and the economy is good? It must be nice being Warren Buffet not having to sweat out a bill in his life.
