correction:
Just found the 08/2010-filing, stating some numbers ( the other ones seem to have been own projections).

>Net sales were USD 198.000, which is nothing
>net loss in 08/2010 was USD 524.000
>accumulated deficit (tax benefit for CHRI?) was USD 4.1 mln

All those figures do not point to a high price, which leave the strategic arguments, but do not make it a substantial financial transaction.
