WCA Waste Corporation (WCA Waste) is a non-hazardous solid waste management company providing non-hazardous solid waste collection, transfer, processing, and disposal services in the United States. As of December 31, 2010, the Company served approximately 6,000 landfill and transfer station customers in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. As of December 31, 2010, it owned and/or operated 26 collection operations and 24 transfer stations/materials recovery facilities (MRFs). During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired Washita Disposal, Five JAB Environmental Services, Sprint Waste Services and DINA Industries, all of which are tuck-in acquisitions. Effective January 1, 2011, it acquired IESI OK Corporation. On February 28, 2011, the Company acquired one transfer station and three collection operations located in Central Florida from Emerald Waste Services.
