I based this on small companies, like Honest Tea that Coca-Cola bought a 40% stake in for $43 MIL in 2008. In 2011 Coca-Cola bought out the remaining 60% for an undisclosed amount. 2010 sales was $72 MIl. Honest Tea had 2007 sales of $23MIL

It may be a little early for a buyout but NOT too early for an investment by Coca-Cola, IMO.
