I picked up shares from ameritrade Friday; I was charged regular $9.95 fee. Just to make sure all was kosher, I asked the broker several times; he saw nothing! Only thing with ameritrade is that you need to call your buy order into the broker, no internet buys (But that's been always the case with Ameritrade); As far as selling; I have the freedom of placing my order online.
