IMO, It seems you keep referring to information from 2006, there are more current filings. Lawsuits are all settled, there are active wells that hold leases.
Original founder died, son has taken over, changed the business model and appears to be moving forward at a perfect pace with the appropriate care, what evidence do you have that is current that backs up what you are posting, what DD have you done?
If you have such a low opinion of this company, why are you here seemingly trying to bring the pps down, why bother if it is trooublesome to you, if you are posting here because you think you can get the pps down, then that would indicate you think different than you post and it is a good company to be in. Which is it?
