The company will benefit a lot from Mr. Terruzzi's distinguished global network and expertise, especially in Italy.
Mr. Terruzzi was born on 14.02.1956 to an Italian leading steel industrialist who still runs his empire. Mr. Terruzzi holds a Master in Law from the University of Nevada. He is a winner of the "GOLDEN ANGEL" prize for the environment, a prize awarded to people engaged in solidarity and environmental actions. He is also the subject of biographical record in The Marquis Who's Who Publications Board in Finance and Industry 1998 1999.
Mr. Terruzzi is a board member in the World Solar Foundation, a prime organisation focusing on sustainable and renewable energy with members from all over the world and maintains special relations with the UN and, since 2010, is a member of the Milano Expo 2015 Energy and Environment Think Tank Team.
Mr. Terruzzi held several positions within the environmental sector, being president of A G E M E N T SYSTEM SpA, Company leader in installations connected to environmental services, Vice-President of ASPICA of WASTE MANAGEMENT ITALIA, Group leader in the environment business and was the vice president of WASTE MANAGEMENT ITALIA SpA, a leading group.
Mr. Terruzzi is a shareholder and board member of ITALBROKERS SpA, a leading European insurance company. He is also the founder of Global Engineering and Trade S.P.A., an Italian company specialized in Photo catalytic coatings and paints with several registered patents.
In his career, Mr. Terruzzi held several public positions within the core family business in the steel sector.
