there was no stock used to pay for anything, if you know this to be true than divulge your sources otherwise let the demon go. As I have said before.....who cares, penny stocks are a dime a dozen and who cares what it's worth right now. It went from .10 to .70 on news driven events. If in 3-6 months they report zero revenues than I agree it's worth a dime. So until then just chill and look for other penny's to play.....
