Dear XXX,
Thank you for your e-mail and I hope I can answer your questions to your
satisfaction.

1. Our accountants have been working on the new financial report. It will tentatively be available the first week in March.

2. The patent has been issued and was received by the company last week.
It can be verified by checking with the US Patent & Trademark Office under patent number: US 6,680,923 B1, Jan. 20, 2004. The Press Release will appear 2/25 or 2/26. There will be a series of press releases to follow over the next few weeks.

3. The China Telecom agreement is still in place. We have a US company building 150 phones for field testing, some of which will go to China.

4. We're working hard on this. All the SEC filings are done, audits are done and we're anxious too. We'd like to skip the bulletin board and go right to AMEX. But, one step at a time.

I hope this has been of some help. The press releases will be recurrent from the momentum of the patent.

Thank you for your e-mail. In response to your query,

1. Currently we have 32 employees and have just hired additional
engineers for the Research & Development facility.

2. We are working on updating and completing our efforts to obtain OTCBB
status. We are still pursuing qualification for the AMEX, but expect to
be listed on the OTCBB first.

3. In accordance with our business plan and as stated in our 10K, we
expect revenue in the 4th quarter.

4. We are planning to commence with the field trials in the 4th quarter.
They will run concurrently in all the sectors that we have agreements
with.

5. The switch is only part of the system and method. I have attached the
white paper doc. for your review if you are interested in the
technology.

Our patent covers any technology that allows an automatic switch from WWAN (cellular) to WLAN (Wi-Fi). We are aggressively pursuing licensing agreements with any and all companies that are promoting this capability. Whether we are first to come out with this product or not is incidental. Our focus is on our patent and licensing these other companies.

We are considering different options for the additional funding and haven't arrived at anything conclusive. We are currently funded and are not in a hurry before considering all the alternatives.

We are in the process of completing an additional questionnaire that will qualify us for OTCBB.

Nice to hear from you again. I hope the following response helps in answering your questions.

Calypso currently has 27 employees.

We are anticipating the field trials to start in mid or late November.
This depends on the performance of the OEM contracted to produce the phones. The engineering is a work in process as we enter into unexplored territory. We have experienced minor delays due to new technology integration. However, we are confident in deployment of the prototypes and the commencement of the field trials during the 4th quarter 2004.

There has been no cancellation of the China contract. We fully intend to fulfill our contractual obligations when prepared.

All of our recent agreements are under non disclosure and are being kept confidential according to the terms. We cannot release any information until a successful field trial and contract is completed.

Calypso has contracted a major ODM/OEM to produce the initial prototype handsets. When the number of handsets required by the client is determined, a decision regarding the manufacturer will be made. The research is complete and a progressive plan has been established regarding this.

We are completing an additional questionnaire submitted to us by the OTCBB exchange. We are making progress on compliance issues and plan to be in full compliance before the years end.
