Mappo I am no attorney. But common sense and human decency and moral values would say he should have said something. To let shareholders who have held thru thick and thin wither and die is below a snakes belly IMO. This is the pinks however, and CEOs below a snakes belly are common place. Legally, it surely seems as if it would be a material event. But what do I know, I am the fool who has held on and once believed the story. But it is now unravelling before our eyes.
