Since Ken Stead is purported to read these boards I have a few questions.

Where are my shares from the removal of HC from Katx and placement in BVIG? Going on 2 years and still not done? This is tantamount to the old bait and switch. Illegal to say the least.

Where are the last of the assay results for RR? Was PR'd over a year ago they would be released. Slip of the mind or blatant lie?

What is the status of the removal of remaining properties from KATX and placed in BVIG with no PR or blog post? What is our compensation for this? Leaving the shareholders of KATX with nothing and no compensation for the removal is at the least outright theft.
