HMITWATCH -

While the SEC may not disclose such activities, many public companies report on hte existence of such investigations and I believe that is their responsibility to do so.

Agree any info posted here should not be for the purpose of frustrating the efforts of the SEC or other regulatory body - but citizens are free to share whatever information they may have in their possession regarding ALTO or its wrongdoings.

The SEC does not typically disclose such things not only to protect the integrity of an investigation, but to avoid causing damage to the reputations of subjects in the event the allegations under review are found to be unjustified.

Again, I have no problem with public citizens disclosing such information in good faith and unless it for some reason actually compromised the investigation I do not believe they would care either. Shareholders should have access to any information available.
