Some info i quickly wrote down from interview, you guys need to listen to the radio interview...Big things are coming

Mr. Delgado started with Pacific Bell in 1977 did last 2 years in capital finance and sold International Fibercom for 29 Million dollars in 1999.

Global Digital Solutions, Inc was formed in 2004 by current CEO and President W.J. Delgado. Mr.Delgado reverse merged a private company Pacific Comtel into Global Digital in 2004 and the company remained dormant as they needed financing. Recently, within last 6 months high level people in the business wanted Global Digital to get back in the business and take advantage of the stimlus dollars and tremendous oppurtunties available. Just what Global Digital is doing now.

Mr. Delgado commented within 5-7 years they will likely be a takeover target and believes this company can be bought out in the range of 50-100 million dollars with his plan. With the success Delgado had selling International Fibercom he may bring the same results here to GDSI

For every major roadway or bridge being built, there is a need for the service companies like Global Digital can provide and gives Global Digital a significant opportunity in next several years to get involved with that work.


Global Digital will be looking for the most profitable products in the coming year, projects that bring in the best net income. They are looking to get projects that make the most sense for their bottom line.
