The other two are the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (which continues to impact their operations); and the pleasant fact that with Kazaa now jettisoned, they really don't need access to Wall Street's capital markets anymore. So the era of shareholder gripping, e-mailing, and telephoning senior management which pleas for more information, is rapidly coming to an end.
