Do you really wonder why? (just kidding), It's obvious that they intend to use twitter as a method of "some" real time communication. There's absolutely no other reason for them to establish an account, it's all good and very smart. Why engage a marketing company at this stage when you have social networks? I'm thinking that they are going to check and then double check and then triple check the legal parameters before giving some real operating information via a social network, but it's a great strategy and pretty darn exciting!
