Sorry, but I don't want excuses, but action. If they have REES worth selling then they ought to know by now and be developing a plan. Is it econmonical to ship them to a place to process them and still make a profit? They talked about a value a year ago, but nothing since then. Just like the gold be extracted from the river not a dam word on how much we have. Sorry, but at some point you prove what you have or get the BS card laid down. Time for them to start proving that they have the goods so that the stock can show some value. Otherwise we wait and then have another rainy season and wait with the stock declining to nothing again until this time next year. That will lead to just more dilution and most likely a reverse split to get the share count down and then the price tanks.
