The creation of Wilkes Holdings was a topic brought out on this board Many,many months ago... I recall that *someone* stated that wilkes holdings had no relationship to Expo or D&D displays in any way shape or form....

what say *you* now?

just an fyi >> this isn't about *ME*

i'm an investor in EXPO via EXPH and fully recognize/d
the risk of being in an electively reporting co. on the
poorly watched OTC >> from the very start (fall 2008)

and as i've noted a few 100x over >> if mgmt *colluded*
with X entity/s to manipulate EXPH stock >> they will
go to jail >> there is no gray there >> on an aside ~ what
is interesting to see stated is income from D&D noted by JD
for 2010 and 2011 >> odd that if he sold EXPH stock (which
will have to be proven to me based on TA input from MAY '11
via another EXPH shareholder) then where is the money from
stock sales >>

it is a small community >> where everyone knows each other
imo most don't embrace BK *lightly* in that setting

as for the subject of wilkes holding (this will be the
4th post of mine that shows on the subject from 2011/2012)

the first thing i did was search my posts for the topic
to see what i posted >> and i found 3 posts (2011-2012)

so with that said >> nothing changes on my end

i will let the authorities handle *all* of this
and wait to see what is shown and known >> because
when it comes to my investment in any co. on the OTC
(or elsewhere) i fully recognize that DD will not be
the same for each >> with that said it is interesting
to see nafe on the creditors list and the amount owed

what i have zero doubts about >> is who *ran* EXPH/stock
in 2009 (july and sept) b4 the requisite short to the cellar
came about in 2010 effectively inflicting the death blow when
coupled with other mitigating factors

bottom line for me hasn't changed >> if securities fraud has
been perpetrated by EXPO's mgmt >> they go to jail >> and if
that is *FACT* >> it's highly unlikely imo that they don't reveal
the names of those who GOT EXPH SHARES IN APRIL 2009

that is where my interest lies >> it may take a few more years
but i have no doubts *all* will be known in due course
