I know what the S-1 says. But the average investor will see this and panic. Could be bad on Monday.

In any case the fourth guy Drexler, or whatever his name is, can sell his 5 million shares. I don't know if Triffin and the Adler's -senior and junior- will sell theirs. I suspect the drop from 0.36 to 0.30 a share this week is due to the Drexler guy dumping his shares starting in the late afternoon around 2pm.

Ofcourse if it is him, the question is why is he? isn't DROP the second coming of Christ?
