Berdboy, Phoneguard didn't purchase Illume. The deal hasn't gone through yet and if it did we would have heard about it. They must go public with it. Now, I really hope this merger goes through for all of us and I also hope it is real, real soon. I spoke with Stephanie today and she even confirmed it hasn't gone through yet and that St. Claire is busting his A$$ to get it done. She went on to say he has a great deal of his own money and reputation riding on the success of this company. Along with the other well known BOD members. I have to believe this will turn around soon and maybe prior to April 28th. I wonder when they are going to start publicly promoting this event. This is what we need right now.
