Heres the skinny on the RS from Hoffman

there will be no RS coming up,

unless by later on towards sept for some reason the stock is not at the buck level...there seems to be zero worry about not getting this extension to sept

its an insurance policy..I personally disagree with it, but by them if thats what they decide to do I wont be in the stock anyway....

as far as the AS being increased, that cant be any great surprise...50 million is low.....
