a couple things to clear up so expectations are in check for the upcoming week. . .

We have worked through these issues and execution of the contract is imminent and I do mean imminent. The announcement of the execution of the contract can come as early Monday. However, again, our main concern is having all the bases covered with nothing left to question or interpretation.

this means that the execution of the contract may not be disseminated on monday...it may not be until a later date...

i imagine this will explain the details of the contract (regardless of it being executed or not as of yet)

in conclusion...IMO...good news is that there is a bigger and much more in depth contract due to working with different distributors and the neccesity to go international to capture greater revenues...

"bad news" the execution of this contract may still take some time and might (and i suppose already has) push back the timing of incoming revenue... this is not bad news to longs, yet it leaves a bit of a question mark as to the timing of product hitting the shelves...

overall, i see that they are not only working on completing their business plan...but trying to improve it and expound on it as they move forward...somewhat slippery, but quite lucrative if things pan out....

I know there are a lot of other fun nuggets to take from that update...but just trying to nip the speculation bug in the butt before the weekend...
