I dont think Ant selling the domain name(s?) to the company has to be disclosed publically or not.

I 'm not sure, The SEC could take some issue if they thought he was pumping and promoting the stock here or any where else trying to get the PPS up because he was asking or would receive stock for the web addy and would dump it on WB shareholders.

you can't take anything for granted with the SEC or state/federal attorney generals

these things can come back later ... and haunt the people involved
