"believe"....I don't think so, if they did the pps wouldn't be .0001. They are taking a huge risk buying SAVW. The pps is .0001 for one reason...IKE SUTTON. These are lottery tickets being bought and I'm sure most of them know it. There is a lot of interest here because of the run this past year. The only way this runs is if IKE stops diluting (convertible notes) and huge groups of investors buy and accumulate the stock. The float is increasing at a rapid rate and IMO I don't see the ceo stopping his conversion of notes with common shares. Just my opinion.
