I believe you are wrong on that. So anyone owning any stock and talks on message board is a stock promoter???? That is huge stretch.. LOL Good luck with that.


you're taking that out of context. The issue is COMPENSATED in anyway for promoting the product on a stock message board/website or any other form of promotion
