OX will let you trade some pennies that TDAM will not, from my experience. Since they have been taken over by Schwab, commissions are quite a bit lower as well. Good Luck.
P.S. One thing - when you look at your positions and equity etc., they only show data to three decimals = $x.xxx, so for sub-pennies it might not be ideal. When you place an order they will also only accept to three decimal places.
