Yield went up a few days after we were late on fililng the 10Q for the period ending 12/31/2011 I contacted them a week ago when I seen the Yield and was told they were working on the Q and would have it out shortly... once filed the Yield will be removed and current status will go back up.

They say they are still working with the DTCC on the chill and have nothing to report as of yet.

Who ever paid for that promo was not to birght, IMO, because had they bothered to do the proper DD they would have seen all of the above and might have waited until the Yield was moved back to Current before droping close to 600 posts... no way was there going to be significant movement while both the Yield and Chill are in effect.
