I would think that each and every year SGCP will get 33% until the JV covers the cost of opperation, then recieve a high % after that.
I think the agreement is for Start up for the $500,000.00 figure.
I am assuming of coarse but I will try to find out more and will share what I do find out.

so stupid numbers, JV pulls 1M out the cost of opperation is 450k that would mean SGCP would get 33% of the 550k that would be 165,000.00 just to break it down to simpler terms.
so say the JV pulls out 2m,
SGCP would see 511,500.00 round about, see where I am going with this? they would have to pull over 2,000,000.00 in revenue to cover the 33% pretty much.
I suggest we don't get too excited about the JV deal for the make or break. consider it gravy to the bottom line only.
