well, everything your etrade broker told you is wrong. there is no 10 day deadline. the suspension lasts for 10 days period. it doesn't matter what the company does or does not do. this company is not "dead". (yet) trading will re-open on the grey sheets on 3/9/12. and again, that's no matter what the company does or does not do. if that was the answer you got from your brokerages help line, you were talking to the least experienced person in the room. if you want real answers, call back and ask to speak to the compliance officer.
