Maybe I left out/did not highlight portions BECAUSE they did not have anything to do with the point I was making!

Kim signed a 2 year deal, for approx 2 mil $ use. He showed you and other shareholders what he plans to use it on. and in simpler terms:
Kim plans to use the full amount and plans to use it on his regular bills (as i highlighted what those bills are)

Maybe because he has not failed.

He FAILED to commercialize recombinant fiber by the said TIMELINE!!!
