Hello Game Changer.. I can only speak for myself but I am so ignorant of stock issues I don't even know what a "tax haven" is.. I wasn't offered one either. I just manage my rocks. My only stock is CPRKQ and we will have to wait and see how that turns out. By the way, I puchased all my stock with my own money, no one gave it to me. Waiting and Watching/Candy B
