codes: Given the maturity dates, that is unlikely right now. By giving themselves a majority vote, they are unable to convert and sell - as happened last time. I would trade their board selections for no more dilution, but they won't.

If YA wants to control the Board, which they have every right to do, they could have done this using much simpler processes than a shareholder meeting. It is notable that they have not exercised that right of board control.

I think that the board is probably the best we are going to get, but if someone wants to call for a shareholder meeting, I don't think YA should slow them down.
