LOL everyone here knows there is dilution going on. I know this company is a scam their PR's are fluffier than my cat. First off the upside greatly outweighs the downside. The most I could lose is 50 percent of my investment. From my experience and successful trading I have learned that a pump and dump almost always follows an A/S inrease. Navarro will need to pump the stock up to give breathing room for more dilution... hence why the bid whacks at .0001 are very seldom. I just went through a very similar play with GOH* and got out with a 100 percent profit. I don't invest in these garbage stocks, I trade the pumps. Good luck.
