As far as ANY validation of uplisting that has credibility that has withstood factchecking ,there is no PR or official statement saying that the first priority of AUDIT and getting a firm to do it has been spoken or printed..
The first PR was untruthful in stating a firm was already retained, meaning retainer paid, so that cancels validity of uplisting statement.

I cant say nor anyone on this board what the uplisting situation is right now. Just anybodys guess until the CEO decides to perform duties of a CEO
